Jeff Rubin, AIA- Owner
Jeff founded The Baltimore Remodeling Company in 2016 and The Baltimore Handyman Company in 2013. He is primarily responsible for management, design, and estimating but keeps his hand in almost every aspect of the company. He holds a degree in architecture from The Catholic University of America and has over 35 years' experience in the industry. He is a licensed contractor (MHIC) as well as a licensed architect in Maryland. Jeff previously owned an architectural practice in the Washington, DC area for 20 years that specialized in residential remodeling

Richard "Rick" Choyce- Project Manager
Rick has spent his entire career in the construction industry both as a production/project manager with several remodeling companies in the Baltimore area and in the field as a carpenter. Rick also owned his own remodeling company for many years. Rick focuses on project management, estimating, coordination of subcontractors as well as many other duties. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Bill Hensley- Lead Carpenter
Bill has been in the residential construction industry ever since serving in the Navy out of high school. He is a highly skilled carpenter with over 29 years of experience in the field. Bill leads our field team in providing a wide range of carpentry and installation services.

Jack Sayers- Small Projects
With over 25 years' experience in construction Jack excels in small projects and handyman work. Jack's background includes time spent in the property management field where he was exposed to a wide range of repair and installation projects.

Elizabeth St John- Office Manager
The first person you talk to when you call us will likely be Elizabeth. She brings a cheery disposition to the office and is a favorite of many of our customers. Elizabeth handles administrative tasks in the office including customer service, invoicing, accounts payable, and related activities. Her background includes previously owning a roofing company and positions in the health care industry.
